PAYMENT BY POSTAL ORDER
Le Petit Calotier offers the possibility of paying for your purchases via mandat administratif, facilitating transactions for French public bodies, such as healthcare establishments, local authorities or administrations.
WHAT IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE MANDATE?
The mandat administratif is a payment method reserved exclusively for French public bodies that make their payments in euros. It enables these entities to place orders and pay the amount due through a third party, as is the case for town halls, for example.
HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT BY POSTAL ORDER TO LE PETIT CALOTIER?
- Please observe the following criteria:
- A minimum purchase of €400 before tax.
- The ability to issue purchase orders including commitment numbers and indicating your organization's SIRET number.
- Once you've selected your items, send a request for a quote to the dedicated e-mail address: contact@lepetitcalotier.com
Specify that you wish to pay by money order, and provide the necessary details such as quantities and models required. - If you are happy with the quotation, please e-mail us a completed order form, including a commitment number and your company's SIRET number. Please note that without this document, we will not be able to process your request, as we need to provide this information to the government-run Chorus Pro platform.
- As soon as we receive the correct order form, Le Petit Calotier will submit it and the invoice associated with your purchase to the Chorus Pro platform. Your order will then be processed, and the items will be dispatched as quickly as possible.
