Administrative mandates

PAYMENT BY ADMINISTRATIVE MANDATE

Le Petit Calotier offers the possibility of paying for your purchases via administrative mandate, thus facilitating transactions for French public bodies, such as healthcare establishments, local authorities, or administrations.

WHAT IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE MANDATE?

The administrative mandate is a payment method exclusively reserved for French public bodies that make their payments in euros. It allows these entities to place orders and pay the amount due through a third party, as is the case for town halls, for example.

HOW DO I PROCEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY ADMINISTRATIVE MANDATE TO LE PETIT CALOTIER?

  1. Meet the following criteria:
      • A minimum purchase amount of €300 excluding taxes.
      • The ability to issue purchase orders with commitment numbers and indicating the SIRET number of your structure .
  2. Once you have selected your items, send a quote request to the dedicated email address: contact@lepetitcalotier.com
Specify that you wish to pay by money order and provide the necessary details such as quantities and models desired.
  3. If the proposed quote suits you, send us a duly completed order form by email, including a commitment number and the SIRET number of your structure. Please note that without this document, we will not be able to process your request, as we must provide this information to the Chorus Pro platform, managed by the State.
  4. Upon receipt of the correct purchase order, Le Petit Calotier will submit this along with the invoice associated with your purchase on the Chorus Pro platform. Your order will then be processed, and the items will be shipped as soon as possible.

We remain at your disposal for any questions or requests for additional assistance regarding payment by administrative mandate.
